CREMX Expands Into U.K. Commercial Real Estate Debt
Redwood Investment Management adds England-based loans to CREMX, broadening the fund's geographic reach beyond U.S. real estate debt.
Redwood Investment Management, LLC has added United Kingdom commercial real estate loan exposure to its Redwood Private Real Estate Debt Fund, trading under the ticker CREMX, the Scottsdale, Arizona-based firm announced September 30, 2026.
The move extends the fund's geographic footprint into England, complementing its existing portfolio of U.S. real estate debt holdings. The expansion signals a deliberate strategy by Redwood to diversify the fund's underlying loan exposure across transatlantic markets rather than concentrating solely in domestic commercial property.

Redwood Investment Management serves as investment adviser to the fund, which offers a Class I share class under the CREMX ticker. The firm is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. No additional financial terms of the U.K. loan transactions were disclosed in the announcement.
