Forum Markets, Edge Node AI Partner to Deploy Inference Compute Across US
The joint venture targets 11 MW of initial AI compute capacity at powered data sites and cell towers, with 2027 revenue guidance of $125M–$175M.
Forum Markets has announced a joint venture with Edge Node AI to roll out inference AI computing infrastructure across the United States, leveraging existing powered data centers and mobile communications towers, the companies said. The initial phase of deployment is designed to bring approximately 11 megawatts of energized compute capacity online, with all of that capacity already earmarked for long-term off-take partners.
The partnership's structure is notable in that Forum Markets said no equity was issued to establish the initial phase of the venture, a detail the company appeared to highlight as a signal of capital discipline heading into a period of aggressive AI infrastructure build-out across the industry.

Forum Markets also introduced forward revenue guidance tied to the venture, projecting between $125 million and $175 million in revenues for 2027. The guidance suggests the company expects the compute capacity to be fully operational and generating contracted revenue well before that target year, given that off-take agreements are described as already in place for the initial deployment.
The use of existing mobile communications towers as deployment sites reflects a broader industry push to bring AI inference workloads closer to end users — a strategy sometimes called edge computing — rather than concentrating all processing in large, centralized hyperscale facilities. Repurposing already-powered infrastructure can significantly reduce both the time and capital required to bring new compute capacity online.
